One of the challenges facing people from abroad is dealing with utility companies and the city on paying Arnona (municipal taxes), Vaad Bayit (condo fees), water, electricity, gas and internet. Ensure your bills are paid.
If you choose to rent your apartment, talk with us about finding a suitable tenant. Stephen works with another agent to find a tenant. Even after you rent, Stephen is in Ashkelon to take care of issues that might arise.
If you choose to use your apartment and to stay there during visits to Israel, you will need periodic inspections for your insurance company. Stephen performs those checks and sends a reports for your records.
Concierge Services
If you opt to keep your apartment empty, ready for your return, we will ensure that it is clean and ready so that when you land, you don’t have to worry about anything. We’ll even stock the fridge if you want. Send us a shopping list and arrival time and you can stay in your Ashkelon apartment as if it were a hotel.
Are you having friends or relatives staying at your place, Stephen is available to ensure their visit goes smoothly and can even put them in touch with services they might need while here.
