Eshkolei Paz is the neighborhood to the south of Afridar, closest to the sea. It is similar to Afridar, with single family homes and duplexes. The dividing line between Eshkolei Paz and HaCity, the next neighborhood to the south is Beit El St. There are numerous apartment buildings on the street, mostly low-rise buildings and very short walk to the sea.
