Values
Knowing a community and the type of people that would fit in is very important in making a match. Does a community have the necessary resources for Olim, a child with special needs, elderly. Stephen is not just selling real estate, he assists his clientele with important background information that is important in making a decisions.

Stephen loves cities. He enjoys exploring and discovering aspects of cities that are not commonly known. Before making Aliyah, Stephen worked on material for a book on Toronto and Jane Jacobs, author of The Death and Life of Great American Cities was asked to write the forward to it.
After moving to Ashkelon, Stephen became the “go-to person” on everything Ashkelon for the English-speaking community. So much so that some local English speakers affectionately call him the “Mayor of Ashkelon.”
