US buyers paid NIS 4.37 million for the 20th floor apartment overlooking the marina

Globes posted an article about an American buyer who paid 4.37 million NIS for a 132 square meter, five-room 20th floor apartment with a 28-square meter balcony. The apartment overlooks the Ashkelon Marina.

As the project finishes, early buyers are looking to sell investment properties. Since this is the last project in the foreseeable future in the Marina, sellers are raising prices. While it has not become a bidding war, buyers who recognize the value of these properties and act on it benefit from their actions.
